Dense hot roof casting equipment
Equal level hot top casting equipment is suitable for aluminum alloy bar casting, the equipment is equipped with multiple crystallizers on equal level plane, and the crystallizers are made of aluminum alloy, which are processed and formed evenly, and can be used for batch casting in one time.
The cooling water tank adopts galvanizing anticorrosion treatment, which can avoid corrosion and falling off due to long-term use.
The ingot head is made of 45# steel, and each mold has a separate mold number. The bottom of the ingot head is provided with anti-falling pin to prevent the ingot head from falling off.
The base is welded with steel plate, and the base is painted with heavy anticorrosive Marine ship paint to prevent the rust candle caused by the base in water for a long time. Floating plates are evenly distributed on the base to provide space for the automatic alignment of the mold when the ingot is closed.
